Launched in Goshen, Indiana in 1983, Rollpak was founded by Gary
and Dale Weaver, who had partnered with a company from Sweden to
break into the U.S. market with a new concept for the commercial
can liner market: producing trash bags perforated on a coreless
roll using a highly automated manufacturing process. Eventually,
the brothers bought out their Swedish partner, taking over the operation
completely and beginning a period of steady growth.
Early on, Rollpak gained a reputation for its high quality products
based on a consistent output from run to run. This distinction was
earned because the initial specs for each product were established
and strictly followed in a market rampant with a lack of consistency
and uniformity. The company became ISO-certified in 1997 thanks
to its desire to streamline the quality process in operations and
training. Today's management team has made Rollpak into one of the
most efficient domestic can liner producers.

Today, the company that was the first to introduce the coreless
roll to the U.S. market operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week,
producing a full spectrum of industrial/institutional can liners.
The company's constant objective is continuous improvement of quality
and efficiency in order to achieve even greater levels of customer
service and satisfaction. In short, to be the best.
