The seamless design of Rollpak can liners includes a star-seal
bottom that virtually eliminates seam failure and prevents leaks.
This design allows the bag to conform to the shape of the container
and helps distribute weight more evenly throughout the bag, optimizing
carrying capacity.

Compare our star seal to these other seal types and the difference is easy to see. |

Gusseted seals are made when both sides of the bag are tucked in and sealed. There are four layers of film at the seal, but only two at the middle of the bag, creating a weaker type of seal. |
 |
Flat seal bags have a straight heat seal along the bottom of the bag, so they don't conform easily to the shape of the container and can be awkward to handle. The longer the heat seal, the more potential for leaks. |
